Dunbar House, 1880 Rates include a full country breakfast, complimentary fresh baked cookies, appetizer plate, artesian beer and local bottle of wine for each booked room night. Rates and taxes are subject to change without notice. Friday - Sunday rates apply year round, on all Holiday Periods, and on all Special Events. Weekends, Holidays and Special Events require a two (2) night minimum. We often have 1 night openings on Fri-Sun, so please call to inquire about availability.

Reservations: A $30 non-refundable processing deposit is required per booked room. Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover will guarantee your reservation. Minimum Stay: Weekends, Holidays and Special Events require a two (2) night minimum. Check-in: Between 3-6 p.m. WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE GUESTS CHECKING IN PRIOR TO 3 p.m. Check-out: No later than 11 a.m. Guests rooms: Are for one or two person occupancy only. Children: Dunbar House is an intimate, romantic and private haven for adults only. Privacy: The house and grounds are open to our guests only, ensuring the ultimate in privacy and repose. Pets: We request no pets, please. Smoking: As we are a historic home, smoking is permitted outside in designated areas only. Cancellations: Our guests are responsible for payment of all nights of the scheduled reservation. Cancellations must be made in the form of a FAX, Email or standard U.S. Mail. Cancellations made by telephone or left on answering machine will NOT be accepted. If notice is received 10 days prior to scheduled arrival date, payment will be refunded only if the room is re-rented for each of the reserved nights. Reducing the number of days of a stay is considered the same as a cancellation, and you will be subject to the same policy as stated above. The minimum stay requirement will still apply. Departure before the scheduled departure date will constitute a cancellation, and monies will not be refundable. Gift Certificates: If you are redeeming a gift certificate and cancel 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, our cancellation policy of payment being refunded only if the room is re-rented for each of the reserved nights will apply. If your rooms are not re-rented, the Gift Certificate will be used as payment, and will then become void. Cookie Savoring: We offer fresh baked cookies daily…and like life…they are meant to be enjoyed.
